Every request is reviewed by the notary before it becomes a booking.

Once approved you receive a PayPal link — or choose to pay cash in person at the appointment.
We come to you
Sign in person with both original IDs and we handle the seal and record.

All payments are non-refundable. Once a request is approved and paid, the fee is not refunded. Need a witness? We can provide one for $50.00 per witness — choose 1 or 2 when you book.
Can\'t meet in person?
Virtual commissioning over Zoom
Commissioning of affidavits and statutory declarations is also offered remotely by video — $50.00 per document, with no travel or printing fees. Notarizations must still be done in person.

We email you a Zoom link for your appointment.

On the call you show both original IDs to the camera.

You show the document and sign it live on camera.

You send the signed original to us; we commission it and send it back.
Original IDs must be held up to the camera during the call — photos, screenshots or IDs shown over the phone are not accepted. All fees are non-refundable.
Identification
What is required?
You must present two pieces of valid, government-issued identification, at least one bearing your photograph and signature. Accepted documents:
- Driver's Licence
- Passport
- Government-issued Photo Card
- Permanent Resident Card
- Citizenship Card
- Birth CertificateNon-photo — pair with a photo ID
- SIN CardNon-photo — pair with a photo ID
- Immigration or Landing DocumentsNon-photo — pair with a photo ID
Originals only, in person. We do not accept identification shown over the phone, over video, or as a photo on a screen. Both original documents must be physically present at signing, and expired ID cannot be accepted.
Where we travel
Toronto, the GTA & Peel
No travel fee in Toronto, Brampton or Caledon. Everywhere else in the Greater Toronto Area we travel for a flat $35.00 fee. We do not travel beyond these areas.
